Let's Begin Your Journey
At Dynamic Health, we understand that...
Sometimes Traditional Care can Feel Incomplete
Stress, Panic, or Overwhelm Feel Constant
Self-Regulating Calm
Neurofeedback helps your brain shift out of fight-or-flight and into balance. By training your brain to regulate itself, we support calmer moods, steadier thoughts, and more grounded responses—even in moments of stress. This helps your brain stay balanced and flexible, so you can remain calm without losing your ability to respond to real challenges.
Your Body Feels Run Down and Reactive
Nervous System Support
When physical symptoms like chronic pain, fatigue, autoimmune flares, or headaches become overwhelming, your nervous system often takes the hit. Neurofeedback helps calm that system, giving your body space to reset, recover, and respond with more ease.
Focus feels Scattered and hard to hold
Strengthened Attention
Whether you’re navigating ADHD, brain fog, or daily distractions, neurofeedback helps retrain your brain toward sharper focus and clearer thinking. No medication. No force. Just a natural return to clarity.
Sleep Feels Disrupted or Draining
Deepened Sleep Patterns
We use personalized protocols to support the brain’s natural rhythms, helping you fall asleep more easily, stay asleep longer, and wake up feeling restored. Better sleep starts with better brain regulation.
You're ready to perform at a higher level
Peak Mental Performance
Whether you’re an athlete, academic, artist, or high-performing professional, neurofeedback can help you improve clarity, creativity, and focus. It’s designed to help you reach your full potential. Some couples also explore neurofeedback to support their relationship dynamics.
Our neurofeedback practitioner works as part of your dedicated wellness team, bringing together ancient wisdom and modern science to support your journey. Here's how we walk alongside you:
Our Integrative Approach to Your Care
step
01
Thorough Assessment
We begin with a full clinical intake to understand your symptoms, goals, and health history. If helpful, we may include an EEG midline assessment to observe baseline brainwave patterns. This step gives us a clear picture of what’s happening in your brain and how it may be influencing how you feel.

02
Personalized Guidance
Your journey to wellness deserves a carefully crafted approach. We work together to create a care plan uniquely suited to you, weaving together strategic nutritional support, evidence-based herbal medicine, and practical lifestyle wisdom for better sleep, movement, and stress resilience. Through mind-body practices that fit naturally into your daily life and seamless collaboration with your therapy and medical care teams, we help you build a strong foundation for lasting well-being. Each element of your care plan is thoughtfully chosen to support both your immediate needs and long-term transformation.

Customized Treatment Plan
Our trained clinicians review your assessment data and symptom presentation to identify patterns in brain activity that may be contributing to your challenges — whether it’s anxiety, focus issues, sleep disturbances, or more. We determine which brainwave frequencies to target and which method of feedback will support your goals best.

Based on what we learn, we create a custom neurofeedback plan. Each session is adapted in real time based on how your brain responds. If something isn’t working, we adjust — we never repeat a protocol that doesn’t feel right. Your plan evolves with you, ensuring a safer, more responsive experience.
Your Questions, Thoughtfully Answered
What is Neurofeedback?
Neurofeedback (also known as EEG biofeedback) is a non-invasive brain training technique that uses real-time data to help your brain learn to regulate itself. Sensors are placed on your scalp to record brainwave activity. That data is then reflected back to your brain through visual animations, sound, or gentle vibration. Your brain notices the feedback and adjusts automatically—shifting into patterns that are more stable, flexible, and balanced. Over time, your brain learns to hold these improved patterns on its own.
How long are the sessions?
Each session is 40–50 minutes, including 30 minutes of brain training and time for discussion.
We recommend 2–3 times per week for 10+ weeks. This frequency helps us track how your brain responds and make adjustments accordingly. Some people notice changes within 1–5 sessions. Most clients see lasting improvements after 20 sessions. Each brain is different, and we adjust the plan as you go.
Who can benefit?
Neurofeedback can support people of all ages:
Children: attention issues, nightmares, bedwetting, disruptive behavior
Teens: anxiety, depression, substance use, emotion regulation
Adults: stress, emotional regulation, cognitive performance
Older Adults: brain “brightening” and age-related cognitive support
Neurofeedback can also help with trauma, OCD, chronic pain, and migraine relief. It’s a tool for anyone wanting to feel more calm, clear, and in control.
Do the effects last?
Yes. Neurofeedback creates lasting changes by helping your brain learn new patterns. Once learned, these patterns often hold unless interrupted by major stressors or life changes. Some people choose occasional booster sessions, but many do not need ongoing treatment.
Is it safe?
Yes. Nothing is sent into your brain, and no electricity is applied. You may feel tired or calm after sessions, but serious side effects are rare. We monitor your response and never repeat a protocol that isn’t helpful.
Can I do this while on medication?
Yes, and many clients choose neurofeedback as part of a broader plan with their doctor. Over time, some people reduce or stop medication in consultation with their physician.
How much does it cost?
Each session is $160. Neurofeedback is not currently covered by OHIP but may be eligible for insurance reimbursement.
