What is the difference between a Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatrist?
Nurse practitioners and psychiatrists both diagnose and treat mental health disorders, but their approaches and specific duties can differ based on their training and professional scope.
Are psychiatry and medication management services covered by OHIP?
Unfortunately, our services are not covered by OHIP but they may be covered by your private health insurance plan.
Do I need a referral?
You do not need a referral to access services at Dynamic Health Clinic. We make it easy for you to get the care you need without any extra steps.
Can you send a report to my family doctor?
Once your services have begun, we'd be happy to send your report to your family doctor. To access your report, all you'll need to do is sign a consent form, and we can send it directly to you or your doctor as requested.
Do you provide ongoing care after a diagnosis?
We are pleased to offer ongoing care and medication management with our Nurse Practitioners. The pricing for these services will vary based on the length of the appointment, ranging from $87 to $225. We are here to support your needs and ensure you receive the care you deserve.
